SangBoken may reference or display song-related information such as titles, author names, book references, verse references, public-domain material, and other metadata.
Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

1. Rights-sensitive material
Some musical works, lyrics, translations, scans, arrangements, and related materials may be protected by copyright or neighboring rights.
Where rights are unclear, material may be limited, removed, or replaced with metadata-only presentation.

2. Public-domain and licensed material
Some works may be public domain or used under permission, license, or another lawful basis.
That does not mean all material on SangBoken is free for reuse.

3. Reuse
Unless a work is clearly marked for reuse or the law otherwise allows it, you must not reproduce, publish, or redistribute protected lyrics, scans, or similar material from SangBoken without the necessary authorization.

4. Rights-holder notice procedure
If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe material on SangBoken affects your rights, please send a notice to the contact email above that includes:
- your name and contact details
- the work or rights you claim
- the exact page, URL, or material involved
- why you believe the use is unauthorized or inaccurate
- the action you want taken, such as correction, attribution, restriction, or removal

Each notice can be reviewed and appropriate action may be taken, including clarification, temporary restriction, correction, or removal.

5. Good-faith handling
SangBoken aims to act in good faith when notified about a legitimate rights issue.
Submitting a notice does not guarantee a specific result, but reported material will be reviewed.

6. User responsibility
If future features allow users to submit or upload material, the submitting user is responsible for having the rights or permission needed for that material.
